Britney the psych nurse practitioner was abusive to me. She accused me of altering a drug test when there was literally nothing wrong. I told them I have my medical card and I tested positive for THC. I guess she made it up to be threatening?!? Horrible person. Ask for someone else if you want empathy or want to be treated like a human being. Britney will treat you like pond scum instead of a patient.

Place is trash and I'd suggest anyone thinking of going here to not. The staff is not friendly at all. If your a new patient good luck they'll give you the run around and make you continue to call each day to see if they have any cancellations instead of just scheduling you. I'd suggest everyone to go elsewhere. Place sucks

At first I felt like this place was great but after a few visits I felt completely different. Hansen was talked up by anyone that I mentioned her to at the facility but an appointment talking about meds should never be 5 minutes. I never felt so disregarded and rushed at an appointment, as I was talking about the medication that wasn’t working for me at a very low point in my mental health she rushed me, didn’t ask how I was feeling, and completely disregarded everything I had to say as she prescribed THE SAME MEDICATION I was talking about that very appointment was not working for me and causing so many side effects. In the middle of me talking, fighting back tears as this has been a very hard time for me she told me to get up so we can go make our next appointment . I never came back and found a new primary at Carle and it’s been the best decision i’ve ever made. I should have seen the red flags as my partner also saw her and first time ever seeing her, in the first 5 minutes prescribed her strains as she did for me also. Please please speak up if this happens to you, do not let her rush you and my advise, don’t get her. She is very friendly but you don’t need a friend or girly p

Sadly the doctor I originally was scheduled to see wasn't there but I had another doctor Dr. Magee. He seemed very relaxed, detailed, he let me sit and explain everything going on wasn't rushed not long of a wait in the morning. They are genuinely pretty cool so far but this was just my very first appointment.

My doctor left again. I would normally not leave a review but this is the third time my doctor has quit before me even getting to have a physical. Not sure if chestnut is not paying them enough or what’s happening but I finally had a good doctor (Melinda) and now I have none, back to square one trying to find a doctor.
